I love to incorporate illustrations with words in clever ways. The clients range in industries, but I always add my signature touch to each logo.
doomari studio
I created an LLC that allows me to pursue my art and opens up different possibilities in the future. The name ‘doomari’ is a Korean phrase that translates to ‘two animals.’ I’ve always referred to my two daughters as two bear cubs, so it was a nice way to incorporate my Korean side with the name and a personal meaning with the logo.
Momscoveries
The goal of this client was to incorporate custom lettering with the markings of San Francisco, where she lives and shares family-friendly things to do and see. We decided to avoid using the red associated with the Golden Gate Bridge and make it more personal by using her favorite color.
Bespoke Vault
Based in Charlotte, NC, Bespoke Vault provides custom menswear with crafted elegance. They wanted a logo that felt classic with a clear nod to the services they provide.
Gertrude Tech
This client wanted a logo that was unexpected of a software engineer—featuring her dog Gertrude, a crescent moon and stars, and custom lettering. I wanted to give her a family of logos when it came to her branding. She eventually added AI consulting as a branch to her company, so I was able to seamlessly create a logo for gertie.ai to go with her Gertrude Tech Ltd. logo family.
The Cookie Press
My favorite cookie baker and decorator asked me for a logo to clearly represent what she does. She uses IKEA chip clips to close her piping bags, so I made sure to add it in the illustration.
